Reductions

Reductions for children apply in the parents’ room for third and fourth persons:
- children up to three years: free
- children between three and six: 10 Euro 10 per day and child
- children between six and twelve: reduction of 50 %
- children between 12 and 15: reduction of 30 %
- children between 15 and 17: reduction of 20 %
For third persons in a double room (with two fully paying guests), a reduction of 30% of the valid daily rate applies (for persons between 12 and 99).
Surcharges
Single-room surcharge: 10 Euro per day

Reservations
When a reservation is made, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Hoteliers Association apply. In case of short-notice bookings shortly before the arrival, the confirmation via e-mail or fax is considered a fixed reservation.

Withdrawal from the Accommodation Contract
1. Both parties may cancel the accommodation contract by unilateral statement up to three months at the latest before the agreed arrival date of the guest. The cancellation statement must be in the hands of the contract partner three months before the arrival date of the guest at the latest.
2. The accommodation contract may be cancelled by both contract partners by unilateral statement up to the latest of one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest, but a cancellation fee of the cost of the room price for three days must be paid. The cancellation statement must be in the hands of the contract partner at the latest one month before the arrival date of the guest.

3. Even if the guest does not make use of the ordered room/guest house services, he is under the obligation to pay the accommodation provider the agreed payment amount. The accommodation provider must, however, deduct any savings made as a result of the non-use of his services, or what he has earned by letting the ordered room to a third party. Experience has shown that in the majority of cases, company savings as a result of non-use of the services amount to 20% of the room price and 30% of the catering price. It is incumbent upon the accommodation provider to solicit a third-party letting of the non-used rooms, according to circumstances. (§ 1107 AGBG)

Cancellation fee
You may cancel your reservation without a cancellation fee at the latest four weeks prior to your planned arrival. We also recommend a travel cancellation insurance policy.

Payment
You may pay your final bill in cash, or by Maestro, Eurocard or Visa card.

Dogs
6 Euro per day (no feed). We reserve the right to invoice you for cleaning services if necessary. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area or in the beauty and wellness zones.

Arrival and departure
Your rooms are available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your rooms by 10am on the day of your departure. Please note that a later checkout is subject to a fee and to prior arrangement.
