All rates per person per day including "All inclusive light", excluding local tax.

Booking Conditions:
To guarantee your booking we require a 20% deposit of the total package booked. The deposit can be paid by credit card (only Visa and Mastercard accepted) or bank transfer.  

Cancellation fee:
Should you arrive a day later or leave earlier, we are nevertheless obliged to take payment for the missed day(s). 
The Austrian hotel contractual terms will apply for all bookings.

Check in / Check out:
On your arrival day, the rooms are available from 2.00 p.m. (negotiable) onwards. We kindly ask you to empty the rooms on your departure day until 10.00 a.m. In case you arrive later than 6.00 p.m. we kindly ask you to inform our reception.
